Free take-back of devices and batteries in Switzerland
Inmotion-Suisse takes back, free of charge from end consumers, electrical and electronic waste equipment of the types that we carry in our product range, in accordance with the applicable Swiss take-back rules.
For device types included in our range, take-back is not limited to a particular brand. Returned equipment is forwarded to an appropriate collection or recycling channel.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries
Used batteries and rechargeable batteries must be collected separately and may be returned free of charge to sales outlets subject to the take-back obligation. Lithium-ion batteries, including those used in e-bikes, electric scooters and electric vehicles, must not be disposed of with household waste.
Returning items to Inmotion-Suisse
Before returning a vehicle, device or battery, please contact us at contact@inmotion-suisse.ch or +41 76 575 74 27. We will provide the appropriate return point and handling instructions, particularly for damaged batteries or heavy vehicles.
Important: damaged, swollen, overheated or short-circuit-risk lithium-ion batteries require special transport and storage precautions. Do not send such batteries by parcel without prior instructions.
